Life by Design Therapy
Let’s be honest…the holidays can bring out the best and the most challenging parts of family dynamics.
Unresolved issues can resurface during family gatherings, sometimes in unexpected ways.
Whether it's old grudges, past misunderstandings, or long-standing disagreements, these tensions can make what’s meant to be a joyful time feel overwhelming.
But here’s the thing: It’s okay to acknowledge that unresolved issues exist.
They don’t make you or your family bad or dysfunctional, they simply make you human.
What matters is how we choose to navigate these moments.
If unresolved issues arise, it’s an opportunity for growth and understanding, not necessarily a reason to feel overwhelmed.
I want to encourage you to approach these moments with kindness for both yourself and others. 🌱💖
