  Did you know there are different ways to rest ? Sensory Rest - unplug or do a digital detox and sit in silence. Social Rest - balance time alone and time with others. Consider assessing relationships that aren’t supportive. Emotional Rest - talk with a friend journal, or engage in self-reflection Physical Rest - Take a nap, practice deep breathing, stretching, get a massage, or take a bath. Mental Rest - engage in meditation, say affirmations, schedule breaks throughout your workday. Spiritual Rest - practice a ritual like prayer, read scripture, or spend time in nature.
