Mood Disorder Treatment

Many of us are tempted to cancel plans when our mood is low. We might feel guilty for needing to take this time to ourselves, and even wonder why we keep doing it.

If you feel bad for canceling plans, remember that it likely isn't because you are avoiding the people you care about. It's more likely because you are too exhausted to be social, or because you do not want to burden others with your problems -- even if you do not realize it.

How about you? Let us know in the comments below when the last time you canceled plans was and why you did it!
