The latest post is all about the Secure style of attachment -- the kind of attachments we all strive to develop. These attachments are healthy in that they allow us to feel safe and protected. Those with secure attachment styles can depend on their caregivers (or partners) to return when they leave, both literally and metaphorically speaking.
