The last response you might encounter is the FAWN. The fawn response involves seeking harmony and connection as a way to navigate trauma.

  1. Co-dependence
  2. People Pleasing
  3. No Boundaries
  4. Trouble speaking up

While this compassion is a strength, it's vital to ensure your own well-being. Find balance, set boundaries, and remember that your journey to healing includes self-nurturing.
