National Anxiety Month
Not only is May shedding light on Mental Health Awareness, it also marks National Anxiety Month.
This is a time to raise awareness about the impact of anxiety on our mental health and well-being. It's important to remember that anxiety doesn't discriminate, and can affect anyone at any time. Let's use this month to cultivate empathy and understanding towards those who experience anxiety, and to promote self-care practices that help us manage our own anxiety levels.
