This is a simple tool to help you through the noise and focus on what truly matters, so you can stress less and get more done.

Here’s how it works:

  • Urgent & Important: These are your must-do tasks. They’re top priority and need immediate attention.

  • Important, but not Urgent: These tasks matter, but they can wait. Schedule them for later and give yourself space to breathe.

  • Urgent, but not Important: These tasks need to be done, but not necessarily by you. Delegate them if possible.

  • Neither Urgent nor Important: These are distractions. Let them go—they’re not worth your time or energy.

  • Gives clarity: Sorting tasks this way helps you see what truly needs your focus and what can wait, so you can stop feeling pulled in a million directions.
