Time to Start Therapy
πAre you in California and Interested in Starting Therapy?
Starting therapy can be tough. Pouring your heart out to a stranger? π¬ Definitely uncomfortable and sometimes overwhelming. It might bring up memories and emotions you’ve buried for years. When you begin therapy, it’s normal to feel a surge of anxiety, sadness, anger, or grief π before things start to get better. This doesn’t mean therapy isn’t working—quite the opposite. It’s often a sign that real progress is happening.
Have you ever felt this way during therapy or any other time in your life when things felt harder before they got better?
