Nervous System Dysregulation
Our nervous system supports our mental, emotional, and physical aspects of our life. If our nervous system becomes dysregulated it can cause brain fog, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and other physical symptoms. You can begin to regulate your nervous system by practicing mindfulness, moving your body, healing your trauma, and avoiding triggers.
